Returning to Traralgon in 1994 David controls operations. Presently a member of the Gippsland Regional Executive Forum, Gippsland Law Association, LIV Regional Lawyers Reference Group, Friends of the Courthouse Inc. and the holds the role of Chair of the Little Village Project. As a lineal descendant of early agricultural settlers, David has an understanding history, community, and business. Originally from Melbourne Caitlin commenced her studies at La Trobe University before moving to Brisbane in 2009 and transferring to the University of Queensland where she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Laws (Honours) in July 2012. Caitlin completed a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice at The College of Law, Brisbane and was admitted to the Supreme Court of Queensland as a solicitor in July 2013. Prior to returning to Victoria in July 2015, she worked in general practice in South West Queensland. Caitlin is a general practitioner and works in commercial and property work as well as family law, probate law, estate planning and general family property division.

Originally from Geelong, Nathan graduated from Deakin University with a Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Law (Honours) in 2011 and was admitted to the Supreme Court of Victoria in February 2012 after obtaining his Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice at the College of Law Melbourne. Nathan undertook brief experience positions at two prominent Geelong firms as well as the TAC, before obtaining a position with a firm in Morwell in late 2012. Nathan is a general practitioner practising in Family Law, Wills and Estates, Commercial Law and with particular experience in Family Law (Property and Children), Criminal Law and Intervention Orders.

Anita commenced working for the firm as a school leaver in the 1970’s returning to us in 2006 after managing a retail outlet, working in customer service and otherwise raising her family. Nita manages the firm’s extensive agency settlement work and provides integral conveyancing support whilst retaining an important role as the firm’s friendly and efficient front of house.

Meaghan gained broad experience within the firm having been David Hackford’s PA before directing her skills into our busy conveyancing division. Meaghan also performs accounts relief work as required. Meaghan’s work ethic may come from the hard yards of her time within the horse racing industry and also the medical profession where she worked as a medical receptionist for one of our local specialists before joining the firm.

Cathy Cooke recently joined our firm with the benefit of 12 years of legal administrative experience in Sale behind her. Cathy is able to work between our Sale Office and Traralgon Offices thanks to our Cloud-based software and provides legal support to practitioners in the areas of wills, powers of attorney and probate. She also assists with property transactions including commercial leasing and conveyancing support.
